Long term investors in the Perth residential market required us to design a cost effective set of units to be utilised for rental income. However, the investors wanted to supply their own tiles and use their own painters for the internal walls. We realise this will save them a significant amount of cost in the project and so we were happy to comply. Being a flexible builder it’s important to provide the additional fluidity in the building process.
The homes were constructed with a solid double brick construction and quality roof tiles rather than colorbond, as preferred by the client. Each unit is designed to be very spacious with rooms all large enough for a queen size bed. Tough the external design was relatively simple, the thought process is designed to unitise the blocks potential and streetscape while maintain budget constraints.
Internally the units are finished off with stone tops to the kitchen, high gloss porcelain tiles, smart LED power saving down lights and trusted quality Ariston appliances.
